Who is responsible
Signy AI is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any question about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to office@signyai.com.
What we collect, and why
- When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, company size and whatever you write in the message. We use it to answer you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- When you book a call: the details you give the scheduling service, which handles the booking on our behalf. We use them to hold the meeting.
- When you complete the Revenue Signal Diagnostic: your answers and the scores they produce. These are recorded without your name or contact details attached unless you contact us separately.
- When you browse: analytics data about pages visited, if you have accepted analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by the suppliers that run this site on our behalf — our hosting provider, our email provider, the scheduling service and, where you have consented, our analytics provider. Each acts on our instructions. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and diagnostic records are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Where you become a client, the contract governs retention instead.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to office@signyai.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your national data protection authority.
